No walk-ins. Ever.
We cap weekly bookings deliberately. Your stylist isn't managing a backlog or fitting you in between someone's roots. There's a waiting list for new clients — most people say they wished they'd booked sooner. We're not for everyone: if you need same-day, we're not your place.

Woodville. But clients travel.
We're based in Woodville, Swadlincote. Clients come from Burton-on-Trent, Derby, and Lichfield. We're not the biggest studio in Derbyshire. We're the one people tend to stay with once they find us.
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form we collect your name, email address, and any information you include in your message. A phone number is optional. We do not collect any data beyond what you voluntarily provide.
Lawful Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry and arranging your appointment) and, where a booking is confirmed, performance of a contract. We do not rely on consent as our processing basis for enquiry data.
How We Use Your Data
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange your appointment. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your booking.
Data Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months from the date of last contact, or for the duration of our business relationship, whichever is longer. After this period your data is securely deleted.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. Your information remains with Bethany Iris Beauty Ltd and is not transferred outside the United Kingdom.
Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling in relation to your personal data.
Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; restrict processing; object to processing based on legitimate interest; and request data portability where technically feasible. Services
We provide professional hair colouring, cutting, styling, and treatment services. All services are carried out by appointment only at our studio in Woodville, Swadlincote. We do not accept walk-in appointments.
Service Delivery
All services are delivered in person at our studio. Upon booking confirmation we will provide the appointment date, time, and any preparation instructions. The nature of each service is agreed in a pre-appointment consultation. Services commence at the confirmed appointment time.
Pricing
Indicative prices are published on our website. Final prices are confirmed at consultation and may vary depending on hair length, condition, and the specific outcome agreed. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Bookings
Appointments are arranged via our contact form, telephone, or email. A booking is confirmed only once you receive written or verbal confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
Consumer Right to Cancel (Distance Contracts)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a booking made at a distance (by phone, email, or form) within 14 days without giving a reason. However, if you have requested that the service begin within the 14-day period and have given explicit consent, you acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once the service has been fully performed. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Outside the statutory cooling-off period, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (under 48 hours) or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service value. We will notify you of any applicable charge before confirming your booking.
Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will arrange a complimentary review appointment where possible. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (services must be performed with reasonable care and skill) are not affected by this policy. Refunds, where agreed, are returned via the original payment method within 14 days.
Payment
Payment is taken in the studio at the time of your appointment. No payment is processed through this website. We accept card and cash. An invoice or receipt is available upon request.
Disputes & Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us in the first instance at [email protected] or by phone on 07454 732 877. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 10 working days. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may seek independent redress through a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
